It was our first time trying out Paik's noodle. It was a great spot to try out. We were dining in and decided on getting three dishes to try. The service was great and fast. She was so nice and even gave us more side dishes. The ambiance is pretty nice for a date spot. The noodles were a great texture. They do give you scissors to cut the noodles since they are really thick and stuck to one another. The honey shrimp were jumbo size and we got about 8 pieces. The sweet and sour pork were great! The pork has a thin coating which is then fried til crisp! Everything was served as they came out of the kitchen piping hot and ready to eat. Overall, I enjoyed the spot and would come again!

We have been coming to dine in often but I see that I have not updated my last review. Food is consistently good, sometimes breading is overpowering on fried meat, but overall all food is good here.

Food: I go to Paik's Noodle EVERY SINGLE sunday. They are so consistenly amazing and everything on the menu is good. I always get their jjaengbanjjajang (spicy jajangmyeon), the tangsyuk, and the spicy hong kong style wings. Those three are amazing and I would highly recommend. Jaengban Jajang (22.99$) : These are spicy noodles with the black soybean sauce. It is sweet and spicy. The perfect upgrade from their regular jjangmyeon. For their normal jjangmyeon, I love how it is more sweet than savory. It is so addicting. The noodles are bouncy and chewy and perfect! They load it with toppings like vegetables and meat. Tangsuyuk (16.99$) : These fried pork bites are amazing. They have a chewy yet crispy texture. It is battered differently than normal fried food, so it is chewier. The sweet and sour sauce is amazing with the pork. It's warm and sweet. I could down an entire plate on my own easily! Spicy hong kong style wings (10.99$) : I prefer this over the soy garlic. The sauce is sweet and spicy. It is a sticky style sauce that coats the crispy juicy wings. The wings are juicy and tender. It is perfectly crispy too. They are always so consistent with their food. It is always good and it is my ultimate comfort meal. Service: They are usually busy, so expect a slight wait but for the most part it is fast. It's self serve water, utensils, napkins, etc. You have to clean the tables yourself and bring the trays and plates to the back when you are done eating. Ambiance: It is a very fast paced place since it is busy.

Still thinking about how delicious this meal was! My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner that we ordered as takeout. First time here and didn't know what to order. When I asked the woman at the cashier some recommendations, she was incredibly nice and helpful. Ordered spicy wings and although not spicy the little bit of sauce on them was flavorful. The noodles were incredible with lots of pieces of meat and served up for 2. It was an extremely big portion. Can't wait to order from here again!
